NAPERVILLE, Ill. (September 25, 2014) —Forecast5 Analytics, Inc. and the Indiana Association of School Business Officials (IASBO) announced a partnership agreement to develop data analytics and business intelligence applications for Indiana schools. By partnering with Forecast5, IASBO has become the 19th organization to join the Forecast5 Corporate Partner Program.

Forecast5 Analytics offers a suite of analytic applications that help school administrators make informed resource and budgetary decisions.  Indiana schools using Forecast5 software can review historical trend data and compare performance metrics across several areas of school operations including finance, human resources, and academic achievement.  Forecast5 has assembled a significant amount of Indiana school data within its business intelligence platform, 5Sight, allowing users to easily generate insights based on relevant benchmarks and peer groupings.

Over the next several months Forecast5 and IASBO will be rolling the 5Sight platform out to Indiana school corporations in a series of workshops and regional presentations.

“We are excited to have Forecast5 serving Indiana schools with analytic technology that will help identify new opportunities and resources for our students,” said Dennis Costerison, Executive Director of IASBO.  He added, “When we saw what Forecast5 was doing for our neighboring states, we wanted to bring them into Indiana.”

In addition to the 5Sight comparative analytics engine, IASBO will launch its own group page on 5Share, Forecast5’s business collaboration community. This site will allow school administrators to communicate and share data insights across the state.

“We are really pleased to have IASBO as a Corporate Partner, and to have the ability to connect with their membership to continue to expand the depth and breadth of the 5Sight platform for Indiana schools,” said Mike English, CEO and President of Forecast5. “IASBO members have already started to dig into the analytics and have begun to provide us with valuable feedback on new data sets and analytics that we can add to the system.”
