Forecast5 Analytics Named a 2021 Top Workplace USA

NAPERVILLE, ILL. (March 1, 2021) — Forecast5 Analytics, Inc. has earned multiple honors in the Energage 2021 Top Workplaces award program. Top Workplaces winners were selected based on the results of feedback gathered at more than 1,100 companies nationwide through an employee engagement survey issued by Energage.

Over the past several years, Forecast5’s HR and leadership teams worked together to implement numerous initiatives focused on employee engagement and satisfaction. The Forecast5 employee experience was enhanced through unique programs and engagement activities including:

  • Corporate investment in tuition reimbursement and paid short-term and long-term disability programs
  • New company-wide policies, including an enhanced PTO and holiday program as well as dedicated space for mothers and employees needing room for quiet reflection
  • A performance management program with corporate, team and individual goal setting
  • New learning and development opportunities, including LinkedIn Learning and an internship program
  • Internal communications enhancements, such as an employee portal for increased collaboration, engagement, and knowledge sharing; launch of the first Forecast5 town halls and employee shout-outs; and launch of first Forecast5 employee engagement survey
  • Formation of the Employee Engagement Committee, which leads monthly engagement events

    More than 1,100 organizations with over 150 employees were evaluated and compared against benchmarks based solely on employee feedback. Results were calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance, against industry benchmarks. Eighty-five percent of Forecast5’s employees completed the survey, and Forecast5 received six top honors across Energage’s general, industry and culture categories:
